We have our own kids and we care about everything that goes into their mouths - we are pretty sure that lots of other parents do too!

We have formulated our toothpaste to work well on young teeth and to be full of only natural ingredients. Good toothpaste is hard to make, so we set out to make toothpaste without noxious chemicals.

Being a first-time mom, I hope to do everything right for my baby hence I read a lot of pregnancy, parenting and baby books and articles. One of my concerns was when to brush my baby’s teeth. Almost all the books and articles recommend that parents brush the baby’s gums with a cloth or gauze before the teeth comes in to get them into the habit. However it is best to use a toothbrush once the first tooth erupts.

So I started looking for a suitable toothbrush and toothpaste for my son when he was about to start teething. I found the Jack ‘N Jill toothbrush and toothpaste on a eco parenting online store. I like the fact that they have been in the business for more than twenty years and that their toothpaste is 100% safe for swallowing!

I ended up buying a finger brush, a toothbrush with a hippo design and the blackcurrant flavored toothpaste. First thing I did when I received them was to try the toothpaste and it tastes yum! Seeing how my son loves it when I brush his teeth, I am really glad that I found the right toothpaste and toothbrush for him.

Someone gave me a Mummy Hook to welcome me to motherhood and I remembered being really excited about it and cannot wait to use it!

To my disappointment, I wasn’t totally happy using it on my pram. The rubber grip didn’t really keep the hook in its place and I have to move it a few times to the middle of the handle bar. I also found it quite difficult to step on the brake of the pram as the shopping bags are often in the way.

A friend of mine told me about the mighty buggy hook from Think King and how much she loves them. So I bought a pack and I have never been happier! I can attach the hooks to the middle or the side of the handle bar and they will not slip as they are secured by velcro straps. I prefer to attach mine to the sides of the handle bar so that the shopping bags are not in the way when I walk or brake the pram. The hooks are light but surprisingly strong. Another great product that I will highly recommend to all parents!
